Hi I've had the Ionic since launch on Oct 2nd in UK and not had a firmware update and am confused that most other people's firmware seems to start with 27 and mine is 25 so appears to be an old version?

 

I'm in the UK and on Version 25.16.17

 

Also on the Charge 2 I only was prompted to do an update twice in a year so wondering if there is some issue here?

I think this might just be an inconsistency with the way the firmware version is shown.

 

The app shows 25.16.17 but if you look in the Ionic's settings app it shows as 27.25.16.17
