The Setting up of the Ionic appears that the app keeps loosing the bluetooth connection to the actual app. But seems odd because the phone is showing that the bluetooth to the fitbit is actually fine.
Could anyone at Fitbit please see what is going on with the app on the Apple phones. Is this a compatibility issue. Several hours at trying to attempt set up for a simple device is just not good.
Still showing 50 mins to download at 21%..WTH

It's great to see you around, sorry for the delayed response @AusieGirl!
If you're struggling with the firmware updateprocess please make sure to have a strong internet connection, make sure to use WiFi in order to make this process faster. I also would like to share owner's manual, hope it helps.
Let me know how it goes!

Stick your watch on top of your router.
Fitbit built in WiFi adapter is pretty useless (as stated it needs a strong signal).
