Hi Fitbit'ers,

 

Hope everyone is keeping well.

 

I have had a Fitbit Ionic for a couple of years now and each time there has been a tracker update available it takes over 3 hours for it to update.

 

I know the message on screen says that it may take some time but I feel that over 3 hours is too long especially when it's just bug fixes.

Do you have the ionic connected to wifi or going through the phone?

Hey, I have my Ionic connected to my phone via Bluetooth and my phone is connected via WiFi at the same time.
