My fitbit ionic will not turn on.

Went to sleep with it on 2 nights ago, charge at 100%, woke up and it was off will not turn back on.

 

Have tried all the different suggestions in the forum, hooked to charger 2

hours, press the 2 buttons, press the 3 buttons nothing works. Have only had this a month, looking for any other suggestions. 

Tried contacting fitbit directly through message and got no reply.
