FitBit Ionic Boot Loop

Around mid-day yesterday, I noticed that the clock on my Ionic was about 30 minutes behind my phone. I know it was synced in the morning because of how I stagger my alarms. As my Ionic would sometimes get disconnected from the phone, I went to Settings -> Shutdown and restarted. Upon booting, the clock was still off. I checked my phone (iPhone 6S+), and saw that the Ionic was not connected via Blue Tooth. Thinking that it was maybe a phone thing, I restarted my phone (and the Ionic again, just in case). However when they both started up again, nothing had changed. I tried the hardware restart, but it didn't do anything. Assuming it was my last option, I went to do a factory reset. Since doing that, it's been stuck in a boot loop (showing the icon for about 5-10 seconds, then going blank, then showing the icon for another 5-10 seconds, rinse/repeat). Is there anything else I can try? Or is my Ionic dead?
