I bought my FitBit Ionic from Best Buy a couple months ago. They asked if I wanted the additional warranty and I said yes (It is always yes). Well I never noticed that they never charged me or added it on there (Even though they took all the information). Anyways my screen got cracked and they will not replace the watch. Not much I can do about Best Buy other than make sure I am paying closer attention next time. Does anyone know anything that could help me get the watch replaced or fixed?
