So I am back and forth between getting a Fitbit Ionic or Fitbit Versa and I am needing some insight on the what product is the better choice.   I have a coworker who has the Versa but says everything is working except for the heart rate monitor and that she has already had to do two factory resets.  So any fellow Fitbit fans please let me know your thoughts or pros and cons on the Ionic and Versa and what product you would buy or recommend to friends or family members.

@AP27 My personal opinion would be to review many of the posts and comments before you decide on one or the other. If someone asked me what I would it would be NEITHER. Don't have the versa and my Ionic no longer sits on my wrist but stowed away in my desk drawer because it will never work again and FB won't replace it. Unfortunately this is hindsight talking. I purchased it in late Nov 2017. Less than a year old and it's useless. I would definitely read on before throwing down your $300 U.S.chip and roll the dice on the FitBit CRAP table. There are peeps here that love their gear but I see more negatives than positives. Just an honest opinion and fact based for me. So good luck and hope you don't get the burnt batch if you do buy.

I currently owned a Ionic and have had it since November 2017 and it was purchased at Best Buy.  I love it.   I have no issues with it at all.
