I found my problem with pairing Bluetooth headsets was that Bluetooth version 3.0 didn't work, I got some Jabra sport pace that use version 4.0, these worked fine, just putting this out there in case people are still having issues.

If the ionic pairs to the app using 4.0 , wouldn’t it make sense for the ionic to pair with devices that have 4.0 ? Just saying.

@SteveLewis72 It's great to see you in the Fitbit family! Thank you so much for sharing your experience about Bluetooth version on devices with the Fitbit Community!
I'm sure this will help other users who might be experiencing the same. Indeed, Ionic uses Bluetooth 4.0 to connect!
Thanks for your contribution on the Fitbit Community.
Additionally, have you checked the Feature Suggestions Board? If you have any ideas for future features you would like to see on your Fitbit device, this is the best place for asking. Feel free to search for existing feature suggestions or add you own original one!

@SunsetRunner Welcome to the Fitbit Community! Thanks for your interest in pairing your Bluetooth headphones with your Fitbit watch.
Please follow these steps to pair them:
Check this help article for more details on this.
Sometimes, the headphones themselves will need to get into pairing mode. If this is the case, please check how to get your headphone into pairing mode.
Hope this helps. Keep me posted!
