FitBit music won't sync

Hi I have created accoubts for both Deezer and Pandora and neither will sync with my ionic. Does this watch actually play music. The amount of trouble and resetting and over all games people seem to have to play for a simple function does not seem to be worth the time.

Hi

 

just to verify that all preparation steps were done:

 

- you have linked your Deezer account and are able to see it in the FitBit Mobile app?

- if yes, you have chosen which playlist should be synced to the Fitbit Device?

- if yes ..the last step is to connect the fitbit to the charger. ..then it should start syncing automatically (on iOS Fitbit app you can force the sync)

 

please also note, that you need premium subscriptions by the streaming services to enable offline music in general.
