Hi the issue i am having is the Fitbit will not sync with the app I have done a factory reset on the Fitbit and it still will not reconnect I go through the stages and it just keeps searching and not finding it any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Hello @And38 you will need to do an Add new device.
First step is to remove the ionic from your phones Bluetooth. If the ionic is a trusted device, the app mayot find it since the app is looking for in trusted devices.
Now we should be able to do an Add Device.
Please let us know at what step and if their is an error and what the error is.
