I managed to get Fitbit pay all set up after talking to my bank this morning (Australian time -- I'm in Australia). I even managed to get it to work when buying lunch, which was great fun, and the cashier was super impressed.
However now whenever I use the Fitbit app on my phone, my Ionic buzzes and opens up Fitbit pay. Is this intended? It's pretty annoying, particularly when I only open the app to log water or calories or whatever, and then think I've got a message. Also it feels like a bit of a security risk if it's opening automatically... Is there a way to alter/fix this? I get that Fitbit pay and the Ionic are pretty new things, so maybe there's a few kinks that need ironing out?
Anyone have any ideas/help/similar issues?

@BillBalmford It's great to hear that you're already enjoying using Fitbit Pay - it's definitely a fun way to make your purchases. However, the app behavior you described does not sound like expected behavior.
Can you try giving your Ionic a restart by holding the left and bottom-right buttons until the screen goes blank, and also restarting your phone? Let's see if that gets things working normally again.
Let me know if this app behavior continues after restarting. If you can post a video of what you're encountering, that would also be helpful in assisting with troubleshooting. We'll get it figured out!

Hey there, thanks for the response!
I tried restarting both the phone/app and watch, and I'm still having the issue.
Here's a video of what it looks like in action. I couldn't find an option to imbed a video here, so I uploaded it to Youtube here
It also happens whether or not the Ionic's screen is on, vibrating and then when I wake the screen it will be showing the card screen.

@BillBalmford I setup yesterday and having no issues entering the same information. I'm Android and latest App and with ANZ. I will keep my eye on it and post.
I had surprised looks at Woolworths yesterday.

@BillBalmfordI have my Pin fully enabled, but when I have it set for Wallet Only it then wants me to PIN into my watch..
We probably need a little more explanation on how the security of the PIN works.

Hi Matthew,
I was just wondering if there was any new info on this issue? I'm still having this issue, and it's starting to get pretty annoying having my Ionic buzz every time I open the phone app.
