I had it working but wanted to download the update. I made sure the Ionic was on the charger with at least 60% charge or more before attempting. It keeps acting like it is downloading for a long time and it will eventually tell me that the app is unable to download.
I tried unpairing and pairing my Ionic back to my phone, removing the fitbit app and reinstalling it, and turning my device on and off. Nothing worked. I then removed the fitbit coach app from my Ionic through my app. Now I can't reinstall it let alone get the update.
What am I doing wrong?

Hello @Cdizz88 thanks for bringing this to my attention. I'm happy to help you today with your Ionic and Fitbit Coach concern. It's nice to see you again participating in our Community Forums.
First, I'd like to appreciate your effort and time troubleshooting your device prior posting, I totally understand how frustrating this situation can be for you. Let me share with you that to download the app you must have a constant internet connection. I recommend using Wi-Fi instead of your cellular data. If you're getting error messages in the Fitbit Coach app on both, watch and mobile phone, please provide me with screen shots so I can go from there.
Looking forward to your response, let me know if you have any additional questions.

Hey Ricardo,
The error message I normally get is that it can't download at this time.
I figure maybe it was the wifi network the Ionic was on. So I removed it
from it's default wifi network. I attempted to connect it to my wifi at
work (my phone is connected to this wifi also). I know this wifi works as I
use it on my phone daily. For some reason, my Ionic says it can not connect
to that network.
This issue is still unresolved.

Thanks for your reply and the details that were shared @Cdizz88, I'm glad to continue providing you with assistance. My apologies for the delay in responding your post.
Seems odd that you're unable to download the Fitbit Coach app on your Ionic device, thanks for all the information that was provided in your post. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check the information and troubleshooting steps that are specified on our help article: How do I install and manage apps on my Fitbit watch? and let me know how it goes. Can you please let me know since when you experienced this situation?
I'll be around.
