Fitbit Connect - Cant Log In

Hello,

 

I have got the Fitbit Connect app for my Mac so I can transfer music.

 

Every time I go to manage my music it asks me to log in. Once I try to log in I get the error

 

"Sorry, this feature is only available when you have an Ionic paired to your Fitbit account. To pair, please use the Fitbit mobile app."

 

Can someone please advise what I need to do as I want to put music on my Iconic.

 

I use the mobile up everyday so I do have my Iconic paired to my Fitbit account

It's great to have you here @Flano! Thanks for the message that you've shared that you're getting. Since, you have a Mac computer you will need to make sure that you've downloaded Fitbit Connect app, when you open Fitbit Connect it will ask you to log into your Fitbit account and then you can continue with the process. 

 

There's this important step you need to make sure you're following because you're using iTunes, make sure you approve the app to share playlists with your watch: Open iTunes on your computer > Edit > Preferences > Advanced Share iTunes Library XML with other applications > OK.

 

Additionally, I would like you to double check you're following these steps to transfer music to your Ionic
