Exactly my issue.  Last time it worked was July 4th.

Yes ... the same ...mine stop around 3 or July 2020.

This is clearly a Fitbit firmware issue that must have been introduced around that time.

I notice on the clock face screen now that the left hand side of the 3 icons for calories, heart rate and steps is now blacked out ... your can see that the display of the value is a square and overlays over the top of the symbols.  This is the result of poor programming and lack of testing.

 

Fitbit .. you have created problems ... please respond.

I just connected with Fitbit Support via Chat.  Reset my watch back to factory and re-installed the latest firmware releases.  Problem still exists.
