So my 3yr old daughter got to my Iconic which had a pin code on it and she was playing with it and entered the pin too many times and it locked and had to be reset through my phone. However it wouldn’t let me reset the pin and so I tried removing the device from the Fitbit App and tried re-adding it and now the Iconic won’t connect or be added as a new device as it’s locked.
Please help or there goes $400 down the drain.

@Tkernick Did you try restarting your Ionic? Press and hold the left and the bottom right buttons until it restarts. If that doesn't get you to a point where you can add the device back to your account, then I think you should contact Support.

I'm sorry to see that you've been having trouble to reset the pin code, you can certainly try to restart the device, as @LZeeW mentioned.
