Fitbit Ionic Adidas Edition won't charge

After the recent update (May 2020) my fitbit watch seemed fine. Went to bed, forgot the battery was low, and woke up to it being dead. Plugged in and connected the charging cable (for the first time after the update), and left it for 2 hours, still nothing - doesn't even say 0%. I've cleaned the terminals, tried holding the left and bottom buttons down for 20 seconds, and nothing happens. I just put it back on the charger and will check it in a few hours. If it doesn't power on, what next?

Thanks - it worked itself out. Guess it just had to charge longer.
