Fitbit Ionic Adidas Pandora Login Issue

Hello Community,

First time fitbit owner, and first time poster.  Have an Android Galaxy S7 edge and the Fitbit Ionic Adidas.  I have a paid subscription to pandora,  However will trying to login into pandora via the fitbit app it just shows a loading screen and eventually gives a timeout error message.  Says: "Sorry, your session has timed out.  Please try again". I have also tried installing and reinstalling the pandora app on the fitbit app.  Restarting my phone, etc.

If anyone has any insight into this matter it would be appreciated.

If the session timed out then the mini-web-browser that the Fitbit App opens to ask you to login into your Pandora account can't reach their website.

This might be because:

  • Your phone is just taking forever to connect to the internet.
  • The Fitbit App is taking forever to connect to the internet (which really shouldn't be the case, since it's only triggering the web browser to open and that's the one having issues connecting to the Pandora website).
  • Pandora is not available.

Your options might be: trying with a different phone (which I assume would only be required to login to Pandora and then link the accounts) and then transfer the music using your phone or uninstalling Fitbit and reinstalling it from the Play Store.
