I have seen that many have had the same issue as me.
My fitbiotm ionic was working perfectly up until three days ago. I charged it, great.. It went flat within 24 hrs. I charged it again. Went flat again within 24hrs. This time it wont charge. The screen is black and it does not turn on, does not have anything on the screen and therefore cannot do the factory reset.
I have read numerous troubleshooting suggestions by many people and FITBIT staff. All the trouble shooting ideas have not worked.
Simple question - Is my fitbit stuffed??? I still have warranty, should I just get a replacement?

Try a Restart when charged and do it several times if necessary.
