Hi @TeesvilleLad, good to see you in the community.
I would first suggest restarting your Ionic by following the steps here. Also have you changed your clock face recently? Some faces seem to consume a lot more battery then others. If so I would recommend changing it to a fitbit developed one to see if that solves your battery issues.
Let me know how you get on.
HI
Yes Ive restarted it a few times now. Ive got it on charge again now and I am going to turn off the GPS setting for now to see if that has any effect. I also remembered that i synced it to FB messenger yestaerday and i am now wondering if that could be causing the drain, I've disconnected from that now so will monitor from here.
Hopefully this works

Best AnswerIve charged it to 84% and put it back on. checked after roughly 10 minutes and now it says im on 89% all a bit strange at the minute
Best AnswerAppears to be absolutely fine now.Baffling
Best AnswerThis is my own opinion but I believe that fitbits charge monitoring system is poor. I never charge mine past 90% and it always says about 94% a 1/2 hour after I charge it. I think this is why so many people have had their Ionic's fail because charging them to 100% actually ends up overcharging them which is a death sentence to a lithium based battery.
