I recently moved from gamin to Fitbit and i really like the features and style of the watch I do have a couple of suggestions when worn for daily use , and I was wondering if other had the same suggestions

1. Screen gets marked  pretty easy, I have a couple of scratches already from cross country runs nothing major but it takes away from the watch , sell the screen protectors with the watch.

2. Can the charging cable be longer

3. Can the charging cable be used to sync music with the watch , the wireless connectivity takes over 40 minutes for a 20 song playlist

#1 I use this but they have others. Search Amazon for Ionic Screen protectors

Regarding the length of the charging cable, a cheap fix is a USB extension cable.  Maybe hard to find in stores but readily available through online sites.

I put music on my watch when I first got it when the watch was first released.  I haven't had the guts to try to go through that again.  I'd love to be able to create a playlist, quickly send it to the phone, and get on with my life, but the process is just too time consuming and daunting.  I'd like to think Fitbit is truly aware of this and is aggressively working on improving the experience, but I don't have any reason to think that's true.

I wonder if they've sent anybody out to someone's house, ever, to see the problem 'in the wild'.  I used to work in a fortune 500 business to business electronics/data processing firm and of course we'd do that.
