Fitbit Ionic Failing To Retain Charge

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My fitbit ionic has typically held it's charge for 5-6 days. But this week, the device has been charged to 100% in the morning, but is 0% by nightime. I've checked the guidance for cleaning the charging point & lead - that's made no difference. I've also checked my settings, to ensure that no power-hungry functions are active - and they're not. Can anyone offer me some advice or guidance please? Thanks.

Mick

Fully charged the Ionic this morning. Did a 6.5 mile walk early morning - without the GPS being on. Did another 6.5 miles at 17:30, and the Ionic was completely run down before I completed the walk. This can't be right. Can anyone help me please?

Lithium batteries do not last forever. Maybe that is the issue. Your ionic should be at least 3 years, and maybe 6 years old.
