I brought my Ionic from BestBuy 2 months ago, and for the last couple weeks the heart rate monitor been going crazy. The first incident, I was laying on my bed and playing with my daughter. All the sudden when I checked the time, I realized my heart rate is 12x. I put on my Polar HR chest strap and I count the Pulse myself for a minute. My resting heart rate it was only 7x, but on Ionic it's still showing over 12x. I have to rest start it, in order to fix the issue. Today, 30 minutes ago, on Ionic it show that my heart rate was 13x-14x when I was walking and I stop and check my pulse it was only 9x. I contact the customer support again ( I did contact them the first time when it happened), they told me they are working on it. I found out some user were having the same issue, report it to them almost 6 months ago, until now it still not fix. I asked them can I get a replacement, since only some users were having this issue and it may be something wrong with the HR monitor. The CS told me no, coz this is kind of early stage and they are looking into it ( 6 months ago someone report it to them, and they still consider this the early stage).
