Hi :-). My Ionic is fully charged. I can’t get it to sync correctly and the only thing it will do is bounce back and forth from logo to clock face then goes black. It has been doing this since Tuesday. The logo screen stays on for quite a bit then it’ll jump to clock face for less than a minute and then back to black. Any suggestions? TIA

Try a restart. Do it at least 3 times.

Hi! I have restarted it multiple times lol. It just doesn’t want to do anything. When it is on clock face for the few seconds it is, the time is right but it won’t swipe and none of buttons work. Unresponsive and then back to the black out. It’s like it’s stuck in a rut.
