Fitbit Ionic Missing Icons with Question Marks

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My Ionic is missing the Alarm and Music Icons and have "Question Marks" beside each icon.  Tried using YouTube to fix the problem but with no luck and even removed the Fitbit App and replaced with the App for Android Phone and removed my Ionic and then added the device back which worked and thinking that everything would be back to normal.  Two weeks ago my Fitbit reverted back to Fall Daylight Saving Time but fixed it using YouTube and then a week later the 2 icons were gone.   How can I get these 2 icons returned especially the alarm which I use everyday as my wake call and have it set for 15 minute snooze which is great.  Can someone tell me how to fix it or am I going t have to buy a new one.

Hello @Brave1979, welcome to the Community Forums! Sorry for the delay in responding your post.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared, your effort troubleshooting your device is appreciated. If you haven't already done so, we recommend you to perform a factory reset on your Fitbit Ionic following the next steps:

  1. On the device, hold all three buttons for about 10 to 12 seconds.
  2. When the Fitbit logo disappears, quickly release the bottom right button, continuing to hold down the left and top right buttons (releasing the bottom right button as soon as the logo disappears is time sensitive).
  3. When the device vibrates, release all buttons.
  4. Wait for approximately 1-2 minutes while the device clears all data. Eventually, the Fitbit logo appears and the device boots and displays Fitbit.com/setup.
  5. When the device successfully resets, please use the normal out of the box process of updating the firmware. You can check: How do I update my Fitbit device? for more details.

Take in consideration that a factory reset deletes any stored data, which includes all data that hasn't synced to your Fitbit account and your applications, alarms, etc.

Keep me posted and let me know if you have any additional questions.
