Fitbit Ionic - Not tracking Heart rate

I have a Fitbit Ionic for the last 1 year and worked well until April 16, 2020. Out of nowhere it stopped tracking my steps, heart rate and sleep. I reseted to factory default 3 times and got the steps finally working again but heart rate is still not working. Heart rate stats came up once but did not sync with the app and it stopped showing again. 1 year with a device and already giving me this sort of trouble. any ideas?

Did you recently update the firmware? If so, that's the reason. Call Fitbit support.
