Fitbit Ionic Recall refund not yet receieved

I’ve submit the Fitbit Ionic for refund since Oct. 5, 2024, but there’s still no progress updated. Could anyone advise how long would we get the refund. asked help chat but they just keep on forwarding me. I haven't received any email just a confirmation of my refund. Or maybe I won't get a refund anymore? You can say it to me directly don't keep me hanging. Thank you
