Hi,
Out of no where today my fitbit ionic just stopped displaying properly, there was lines down the screen and I couldn't read anything. Its came back temporarily for about two hours and now is displaying blurred. I haven't used it in water today, the last time I went swimming was last week, aside from the fact it's supposed to be waterproof, but although it looks like water damage I dont know how this can be the case and only break today.
Also just realised I am logged in under my partner but my email to the account that the device is broken is
Steve

Welcome to the Community @Charrr. Thanks for the details mentioned and the troubleshooting tried.
I would like you to restart your Ionic and check if the display works normally. If it doesn't have enough battery please fully charge it. Please let me know if you see condensation on the screen?
Let me know how it goes.

Mine did this too while I was sitting on the couch. Since it was a replacement, albeit only 9 months old, I was told sorry nothing we can do, buy a new one at a discount from us(fat chance). Your device will likely fully stop working within a day or two. If you have warranty start a chat with them and they might replace it.
