Yet another new fitbit being advertised. Would it not be better if fitbit put more effort into their apps?
I have a fitbit ionic which I like a lot. However, would expect more from their top model. No facility to use payment from the watch. No way to scan food items into the fitbit app.
Come on fitbit, instead of churning out new models, sort your existing models out😡

A warm welcome to the Community @Stevemanc. Thanks for your feedback and comments.
I'm glad to hear that you like your Fitbit Ionic. We're constantly striving to improve Fitbit products and services, and we very much appreciate all of the input we receive from our customers.
I would like you to make sure you're following these steps to set up Fitbit Pay. If you would like to troubleshoot this with me, please provide me more details about what you're experiencing in Fitbit Pay and when scanning food.
I'll be around if you need further assistance.

Thanks for getting back @Stevemanc. Sorry for the delayed reply.
Fitbit Pay is enabled for the top banks in the US and 200+ banks internationally in 27+ countries. We’re always expanding our bank partnerships that support Fitbit Pay. View our complete list of supported banks.
If you don’t see your bank on the list, you can contact your bank in a private communication or on social media and tell them that you want to use Fitbit Pay to make contactless payments from your Fitbit device. Ask your bank to see Fitbit Pay. Note: It’s up to your bank to decide if they want to support Fitbit Pay.
We're always improving the Fitbit Pay experience, and we’re interested in hearing more about the banks you want to see on the list of supported banks. Please consider adding your bank to the Fitbit Pay feature suggestion board. If another member of the community suggested your bank, you can vote for that idea and add your comments.
I'll be around if you need further assistance.
