Help! My Fitbit Ionic screen has stopped displaying. There is still power. The screen displays but just a dark navy colour. The display works on restart (fitbit logo) and when first charged (0% charging) but nothing else. My app tells me the fitbit is charged and the green lights on the back still flicker however it is not able to sync or record steps. I have had the watch since March 2019. Feels like I've lost my left arm. Any help appreciated.
