Fitbit Ionic Stats

My Ionic is not showing stats, BPM, steps, stairs, etc.  I have reset, powered off/on - no change.  Odd thing, the same is thing is happening on my wife's Ionic.  We purchased them at the same time, December 2018.

On the clock face, or also when scroll down to see stats?

If just on clock face, try another clock face.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
