Fitbit Ionic Time out error message when quick replying

I recently got the Fitbit Ionic and have been experiencing problems when quick replying. I'll send one of the pre-configured quick replies and I'll get an error message saying something along the lines of "action failed, message has timed out" even if I message instantly. The message will still go through but sometimes is sent multiple times. Today I had the same message send 21 times to a contact. How do I fix this?

@sgastelum Welcome to the Fitbit Community! Thanks for taking the time to post the experience you are currently having with Quick Replies on Ionic. Thanks for sharing all the details, it is surely not the right behavior it should have.

 

Is this happening with all the apps you are using with Quick Replies, or just with an app in specific?

 

In this case, you could try performing a restart on your watch. This should certainly help out with this functionality to get it to work correctly.
