It seems that syncing is not working anymore, because I just bought a new phone (OnePlus 7). Is My Ionic almost useless now of what to do? Phone is not able to find My Ionic.

It might be your new phone that's the problem. It isn't showing on the list of supported devices at www.fitbit.com/devices
This means that either it's been shown to not work or it hasn't yet been tested by fitbit. I did a quick search of the community boards but could see any posts that clarified the position.
Do you still have your old phone? If so, make sure it doesn't still have a link to the fitbit in its bluetooth settings as this could be blocking connection to your new phone.
