It might be your new phone that's the problem. It isn't showing on the list of supported devices at www.fitbit.com/devices
This means that either it's been shown to not work or it hasn't yet been tested by fitbit. I did a quick search of the community boards but could see any posts that clarified the position.
Do you still have your old phone? If so, make sure it doesn't still have a link to the fitbit in its bluetooth settings as this could be blocking connection to your new phone.
