Fitbit Ionic battery not charging

Why will my ionic not charge and I  have tried all thing things I’m meant to do

If you restarted it and it still won't charge I would contact support.

I have been in touch with support and they were very helpful I did all they asked of me and they are now replacing my ionic which I’m very grateful thank goodness it was still in warranty thanks for all the help
