Hi all,
I have had my Fitbit Ionic for about 18 months and until recently, its been working fine and lasting upto 4-5 days on a full charge (not using GPS). In the last month, I noted my Fitbit had a nearly full charge in the morning, but then went blank and had lost all charge by the evening.
I charged it fully and the same happened. I now have to charge it overnight every night so that it lasts the next day. I have tried re starting it several times, but this makes no difference. Does anyone have any other suggestions or if new batteries can be fitted? or has anyone had a replacement?
I don't want to have to spend £200+ for a new one.
Thank you!

Welcome to the Community @Woofs. Sorry for the delayed reply.
Thanks for the details mentioned and the troubleshooting tried.
It's not possible to change your watch's battery. For further options, I've shared your post with our Support team and they've mentioned you already have a case with them, please continue the communication through email. Each case is reviewed individually and the option provided is based in the Fitbit Warranty.
I'll be around if you need further assistance.
