Hello. My Fitbit was only showing the heart rate icon on the right of the screen and wouldn’t go back to the time. I shut it down via the settings and now it won’t restart, just a blank screen. Can anyone please help?
My Fitbit is doing the same thing. And then the screen keeps glitching. I contacted customer support and the only thing they could suggest is buying a brand new Fitbit. I am extremely unhappy with the way that my experience has gone. I hope that you can get a solution. I would hate for either one of us to have to pay another $250 for a Fitbit to malfunction.
