My Fitbit ionic is out of battery and I am not able to charge it. I am also having problems with my tracker. It’s not
monitoring my heart rate and steps.

Hi @Bachtiar, welcome to our Fitbit Community. Regarding the charging, heart rate and and steps tracking issues that your Fitbit Ionic has experienced, I'd like to know if it vibrates when you put it on the charger.
In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your Ionic for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.
Regarding the heart rate tracking issue, please follow the steps advised in this help page. This article contains a restart process, which is helpful for the steps tracking issue as well.
Finally, monitor your Ionic and see if it charges, tracks your heart rate and steps properly.
Keep me posted on the outcome.
