My Fitbit Ionic all of a sudden quit working. The face suddenly went dark. I thought it was a dead battery. After sitting on the charger for several hours the face will not light up. I attempted a hard reboot of the device but the display will not turn on. The watch vibrates like it is trying to do something but the screen stays blank. I have attempted to pair it with my phone but now my phone can’t find it. I tried several times. Again the watch vibrates but stays blank.
