Hello Grace,
Steps are generated automaticly - I mean that during doing nothing - sitting on a chair - the number of steps is groing pernamently itself.
I tryied to do everything. I changed the software setting, watch restart few times, back to factory setting.
I had to back and apologise my old Fitbit Blaze 🙂

Thank you very much for your answer and those troubleshoots you had try to resolve this inconvenience @mclato.
Is this happening only when you're wearing it? Sometimes this happens as a result of a fan or anything that may have been buzzing or vibrating on the same surface that Ionic was placed on while charging or not being worn. If this is the case, please try placing Ionic on a different surface without any vibrations and check if the same persists.
Thanks for all your patience and efforts into this matter. Please keep me posted!
