I’m reading a lot of complaints on the Fitbit Ionic. I am looking into purchasing one, can someone please advise of what issue/s they have experienced?

I have had 2 faulty fitbit ionics within 18 months. Not impressed at all, as the replacement ionic became faulty just outside the warranty period, I have only been offered a discount on a new tracker that no doubt will fail again within 10 months. I've bought about 10 fitbit products and will never buy another one again after this.
