Fitbit Ionic has flashing blue logo and will not turn off/ reset/ hard reset. I have tried everything. Please help.

It's great to see you around @JInkster. Thanks for the details mentioned and the troubleshooting tried.
It seems like your Ionic isn't paired to your account anymore and this is why it's showing the Fitbit blue logo. I would like you to follow this set up procedure, once it's set up it should show your stats.
