I have cleaned the charger and the Fitbit connections, plugged it in and there is no signal that it is at 0%.  I have done some basic steps suggested in your forum and it is still not charging.

I have the exact same problem!

worked fine yesterday- battery went low...then died, and now nothing happens when I try to charge it?!?!?

I’m having this issue also, seemed to come out of no where. Tried doing the steps that other users have recommended with no luck.
