My Fitbit ionic is dead. The battery was drained out so it got switched off. I put it on charge but it didn’t show the charging logo. I left it charging for 8-9 hours and tried to restart but it didn’t. I tried with other cable, cleaned the ports , adapters but nothing worked. I tried even my laptop to charge but no luck..
This happened with my Ionic watch before also. But after few days, it started charging again automatically.. but this time all over.. It is dead since 1 month.. I tried all options. Like pressing all three buttons for 15-20 sec, clean ports, changing cable.. all wasted.. I am very disappointed with the watch quality now. It worked just for 2 years. And now customer care is telling buy new watch and it can’t be repaired.. WTH..
