My Fitbit ionic is not responsive. It died sometime this morning, and I am in the final lap of an 8-week walking challenge.
I tried putting the Ionic on the charger and then pressing all three buttons for 20 seconds. No response.
There are no green lights displaying in the back of the Fitbit.
I'd like to get this working ASAP so I don't loose my standing in the challenge. I purchased the watch in January 2018.

Mine did the same thing a few months ago. Fitbits going to tell you sorry and direct you to purchase a new one

Many of us in same boat. If you go to support supervisor, you may be able to up the replacement discount to 50%. So far that's the best offer I've heard Fitbit make on an out of warranty device. Good luck. While $150 is a good price for a device as functionally rich as the Ionic, I'm debating if I'm throwing good money after bad for something that likely will last less than 2 years.
