Fitbit Ionic is stuck on diamond screen

I woke up this morning and my ionic screen had the blue diamond ive done the factory reset and nothing changes it shuts off vibrates but goes right back to the diamond anyone know what i can do

Thanks for the details shared in your post and for the troubleshooting that you tried prior posting. To work on this together, may I know if your Fitbit is showing just the diamond shape on the screen or if you see the set up instructions in indifferent languages?

In the meantime, please confirm if you have tried a restart on your Ionic as described here.

Just the diamond shape and i tries the restart with the three buttons and still goes back to just the diamond
