I have taken off the auto pause on both the watch and the mobile app, but my Ionic still keeps randomly pausing itself during exercise. I primarily use it for cycling and rarely ever stop whilst i am out. So the fitbit is pausing itself whilst i am on the move. Please can someone help? At the moment I class it as the most useless piece of kit i have ever bought and is currently due to go in the bin unless i can get this sorted. Thanks in advance

Hello @DuncanAynho and welcome. Since you have the "Auto-Pause" feature turned off, let me add a suggestion that you perform a "RESET". Go to any app screen (other than the clock face screen) and PRESS and HOLD the Left and Bottom Right buttons simultaneously, holding them both down until the Fitbit Icon appears and then releasing.
Hopefully this will alleviate your issues and get you pause free on your bike! Please post back if you need any further assistance and Keep on STEPPING!
