Hi,
The past 3 times I went MTB cycling my Ionic just dies on me. First time I thought I might have forgot to charge the previous night, but then it happened again. The last 2 times my battery life showed 90% or more. Close to 2 hours cycling it just dies. Usually I also get an email warning that my battery level is low, but all 3 times I didn't get an email. I went road cycling in March and the battery lasted more than 4/5 hours and still the battery didn't die after my 4/5 hours race. I bought this device beginning of this year. I also update it regularly.
Hope to hear from you

Best AnswerHi,
Thank you for the reply. What you have mentioned is not what the problem is. Like I said, early in this year I was able to use my watch for an race that was more than 4 hours long. I haven’t changed anything on my watch... Why was it able to time a race for more than 4hours and still have battery life left after that but now when I want to use it for an mtb excersise that is 2/3hours it just dies on me before it reaches 2 hours... not even given me the email warning that the battery level is low...
hope to hear from you
