I have problems charging my ionic. Whatever I do it stays on 0% battery. I have already tried several things to fix the problem: (1) another cable, (2) a different USB charger, (3) the connectors have been cleaned, (4) a reset by pressing the three buttons. No difference. All it does when I press the home key is show the battery symbol with "0%". Another small detail: on the back, under the connector, there are 4 squares. When pressing the reset combination, the middle one gives a mini little green dot. That's all. Does anyone know anything else I can try. I would like to use the watch again!
