Fitbit Ionic not charging or syncing

i bought Fitbit ionic in Nov 2019 and since beginning i am facing issue. Initially it was sync issue which i have been facing continuously. Now for last few days the device is not charging. I have raised compliant multiple times but there is no response from fitbit. Service is very bad. It's not worth buying Fitbit product. And reaching out to customer care is even more difficult. Very disappointed
