Fitbit Ionic not installed correctly

When i got the Ionic the other day after the install which i thought went ok i have since noticed that it didnt install correctly. Apps haven't installed can't seem to get them to link up, wifi wont set up. This is the 2nd fitbit i have had troubles with. I am about to give up on fitbit but since i payed $300 for it and now have come back to Australia i need to figure this out. Any suggestions on what is wrong or i can do to fix this problem.

Try a restart and if that doesnt work, a factory reset. 

Restart hold in left and bottom right buttons for about 10 seconds till the logo appears

Factory reset - go to the settings app and scroll to the bottom.

Let us know if that works.

I just ended up ringing them and they seemed to fix it with what they done.
