Fitbit Ionic not switching on

Hi, when I turn my Fitbit Ionic on, it looks like it powers up but nothing happens on the screen. It does illuminate a little and it vibrates but nothing else happens. I have tried hard reset but no logo is appearing. Please can you help as I'm not sure what more I can do. Thank you, Lynsey.

Hi @LynsT and welcome!

It sounds like your battery hasn't gotten a full charge.  How long did you leave it on the charger for?  It needs to be on the charger for about 2 hours to get a good charge.

Thank you for replying, I left it charging over night. Just turned on and still doing the same. I am not sure what else to try?

Thank you for replying. Yes, I spoke with a member of your team today and I have to send my Fitbit to you. I have it all ready to post tomorrow. I have one question, I had an email saying that I would receive another email telling which items to send. I haven't received this email yet. Do I just send the watch face or do you need the cable?
Kind regards Lynsey

Thank you for getting back @LynsT. Great to hear that you're receiving a replacement.😀 I've shared your question with them and you just need to send the watch and keep the accessories such as the charging cable.
